Bekash Review - November 2011

wp23a48f7e.png

A bigger than average restaurant, as it stretches back quite a long way. We were placed on a long table in the far corner, as we were a large group of thirteen, which was well laid out and presentable.

The restaurant was busy, one of the busiest we have seen this year considering its size, they clearly have a regular and loyal clientele. This was difficult for us to understand, as yet again, we were disappointed overall with the Bekash when we really were hoping it would do much better.

When you have to wait almost an hour and a half for your starter to arrive it really has to be something special from then on to get a high score. Unfortunately this did not materialise and consequently they are placed low in our review table.

Summary - Common Curry -  A reasonable value, if you get it right from the menu, with only beer and rice increasing in price from two years ago.

They are clearly doing something right for their regulars but there is strong competition in Stony and it wouldn't be the first choice on our list.

No certificate awarded.
