La Hind Review - February 2006

Summary

This is the 3rd time we have visited La Hind over the last 5 years and it really continues to improve with age. An absolutely cracking evening out and an all time high score for La Hind. It continues to justify our recommendation that it really is one of the very best in MK. The final reckoning is shown in the reviews table.

Interestingly the individual scores were almost identical to our last visit with an extra half point on cleanliness and a whole point more for value for money. La Hind is to be congratulated for it's 20% VIP discount offer plus buy 2 get one free on take away. La Hind continue to try new and novel marketing campaigns including taking part in The Times cheap meals offer. They've also provided wireless PC connections for the business community.

So what about the food and service - the two key things that hit the mark. Both were spot on. Service was prompt and efficient, particularly impressive as it was a busy night and we were a party of 14. Food was hot and of high quality in all departments. Usually the food will raise some areas for concern from some members but not on our visit. Some of the comments noted from our members are shown below.

So well done La Hind. BUT as we keep telling you ; PLEASE GET RID OF THE FOUNTAIN !
